The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined attribute warranty on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, including on the whole machinery. Every time a service is offered at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Settlement including touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you.
