Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

When a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested unless the call-out is included by each of the above plans or per-approved by the managers. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out cost, touring costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing percentage amplified by the traveling distance between your premises as well as our place, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those charges may change extent by time without notice, so beneficially analyze about call out as well as travel costs beforehand.

No fees will apply for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an back-up or further service or service parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Reservations should be made for repairs or hard labour operate to be done at your/our quickest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
