Bending the Fibre Optic cord or applying extreme force to the cord or fiber components will cause the glass inside the optical fibre cord or components to shatter. The damage is irreversible resulting in the cord or components having to be replaced. The fibre laser power will be trapped or can leak from the breaking point and will prevent the machine from working. It can also result in additional and costly damage. Please be extremely careful of the layout of the cord. If the cord or components become damaged, they can only be fixed by sending the laser power supply to the Original Manufacturer where they must be fixed in a special lab. The cost of repair is very high and takes a very long time. It is important to note that the damaged laser cord or components, or any additional damage will not be covered by the warranty.

For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only provide confined trait guarantee if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Thus aforementioned shall not be covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan:
Service Plan
The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. The concealed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you should get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.

Whenever a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or accepted by the the company. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The preparations for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises.Those charges may change instant by extent without notice, so generously inquire about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. If you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility or want to find out if the machinery is fitted to operate optically, our service plan is here for you. We will not require any fees for the specialist we provide. Our specialist will be able to advise whether everything is in order or whether an alternative or additional servicing or spare reinstatement is needed. Regrettably, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be practised during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
