Quality Warranty: We supply constrained feature guarantee on each subsystem unless stated differently, including on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unfit material defects are covered by the feature guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Self-Installation: This machine is a DIY Product, meaning the client needs to assemble and install the machinery themselves. We have enclosed an installation guide to guide the client, however the assembly, construction and organization of the machine programming is relatively straightforward. If you choose that we assemble, fit and organize for you, an extra technician callout fee will be assigned. This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course: We offer fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses at our warehouse for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase, but more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to each instant a specialist supplies a service at your property. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Remote Assistance: Without going away from our warehouse, we are able to network with to your computer to help you with the organization and errors immediately with Broadband internet and promoted software technology. We give everlasting infinite remote assistance for diagnosis on all machinery we sell that connects to and functions with a computer, and fit and configuration all programming we sold as well. Training and remote assistance is not equivalent in any way. By utilizing the capabilities of Broadband Internet and advanced software technology, we can remotely connect to your computer to offer immediate assistance in setup and troubleshooting, without the need for physical presence in our office. We offer limited remote assistance for the diagnosis of all machinery that is compatible with and connects to a computer, as well as installation and configuration of software sold by us, within a period of 5 years. It is important to note that remote assistance is not intended to replace training.
