Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined characteristic guarantee on the whole machine, along with each subsystem if not stated elseways. Weaknesses by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. General wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our liability. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Standard decrement replacement at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and void if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to any instant a specialist supplies a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be required except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or approved by the the company. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your establishment including accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
