The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, including any subsystem, we only supply limited trait warranty except stated elseways. Weaknesses due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your product. Our warranty will thus not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are immediately available on demand.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. Standard depletion restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and calibration as well as basic cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and ineffective. This is to say, you have to get your machinery improved in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or approved by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.In addition to the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. The current percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our warehouse and your premises, should you prefer for us to come to you.Kindly enquire about call out and transport costs beforehand as those costs may differ time by instant without notice.If you would prefer to know if the machine is fitted to operate optimally, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on whether an different or other maintenance or spare parts restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Bookings must be made for improvements or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits.Our training facility offers primary and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. First primary entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, but more promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been finished.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will thus always be able to review the machine's warranty report and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any style and at any instant. Our machines warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your supreme comfort on both the service and resell of your machines.
