Quality Warranty: In which case qualified spare parts and accessories are being utilized on our machinery and installed by our specialist or under our experts's supervision, quality guarantee will be provided. Unless when pre-approved by the company, the quality assurance will be null if spare parts or accessories have been fitted into other company's machinery or installed without our acknowledgement. We provide a quality warranty in respect of qualifying spare parts and accessories, which are sold for use in our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality warranty covers, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising from faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the spare part or accessory in question. For the avoidance of doubt, it is recorded that the quality warranty shall not render us liable, nor do we accept any liability for faults or defects arising from (i) common wear and tear from the use of the machine and or parts or accessories or (ii) the misuse of the spare parts and accessories. We will specify on our website whether the spare parts or accessories qualify as qualifying spare parts or accessories. The quality warranty shall not apply in respect of any spare part or accessory not specifically designated as a qualifying spare or accessory on our website. The quality warranty shall automatically lapse if the spare parts or accessories have been fitted into a third-party machine (i.e. a machine not sold by us) or if the spare parts or accessories are installed, repaired or modified by a person other than our technician or under our technician's supervision, unless management otherwise agreed in writing.
Free Installation: Diagnosis and new spare parts or components fitting is free for machines sold by us. After the new spare or accessories have been put together, our technician will certify that your machines is fully operative and well tested. Sending a expert to provide technical services, or remotely providing technical advice may be preferred when in regarding to other companies machinery. When related to 3rd-party machinery, we cannot guarantee which steps (if any) shall be taken or what advice (if any) will be given by our specialists. The installation and diagnosis of new spare parts or accessories sold by us shall be free of charge (save for the call out rates to the extent applicable) for all machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spare parts or accessories have been installed. We will provide technical advice remotely and/or send technician(s) to provide technical assistance in respect of third-party machines (i.e. machines not sold by us), only by way of written agreement. Whilst we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction we unfortunately do not provide installation nor support whatsoever for all spare parts used for machines not from us. We cannot guarantee, and shall take no responsibility for, any actions taken, or advice mentioned on our websites, or advice given by our technicians in respect of any third-party machines.
Money Back Guarantee: The client will be presented with a complete remuneration should our specialist remotely diagnose or suggest a spare - restoration or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for new or spare spare parts or components as soon as the client send the spare or accessories back in its genuine condition. If our technician remotely diagnoses a machine sold by us and proposes a spare part replacement or accessory add-on which proves to be unused or redundant during the installation and subsequent diagnoses, we will provide you with credit to the value of the unused or redundant spare parts or accessories, upon the return of the spare part or accessory to us, in its original condition/packaging, within 30 days from the date on which the spare part or accessory was purchased. The credit can be utilised in respect of any subsequent purchase from us or to settle (or partially settle) any amount owing to us, provided that the funds shall not be repaid or refunded in any manner.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost: Would you wish that we come to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour costs, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if required. Clients are chosen to make all arrangements for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. If you should choose for us to go to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office and your establishment. Call-outs will be attended to at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such setup, repair, installation or part replacement services. Unless you arrange for our technician to be collected from, and dropped off at, our premises at your own cost, our standard call-out rates shall apply. We charge a rate R 9.95 per kilometre for each kilometre of driving distance between our nearest branch and your premises. Whilst we try to keep our website updated, our call-out rates may vary from time by time, so kindly enquire about our call-out rate beforehand.
