The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained attribute warranty on each subsystem unless stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. Weaknesses due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't liable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily available.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and not viable if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equal of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
When a service is offered at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your establishment including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the ongoing rate multiplied by the traveling distance between your establishment and our branch, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Without notice, those costs may differ time by instant, for this reason kindly enquire about call out as well as touring costs beforehandOur maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you want to find out if the machinery is fitted to work optically. There is no cost for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an alternative or additional service or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Reservations should be made for improvements or hard labour work to be done at your/our quickest availability as no improvements or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.Fundamental and/or extensive training courses are held via our training facility for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been passed but first principal entry courses is included in your machinery investment.A unique barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. You will thus evermore be able to check the machinery's assurance information and service history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any term. Our machines guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximal comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
