The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated differently. Standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as general cleaning are concealed in the service plan. It is crucial that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machine rectified within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each instant a specialist offers a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be required unless the call-out is included by any of the above plans or approved by the managers. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Settlement and travel costs to your establishment, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. Review therefore you will always be able to,in any way and at any moment, analyze the machinery's warranty report and servicing history on our database or offline. We honour our machinery's assurance and service by using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate benefit on both the selling and service of your machines.
