After the new repair parts or accessories have been installed by our technician, they will insure that the clients machinery is fully operational and well certified. We may recommend to provide technical guidance remotely or send a technician to supply technical assistance for competitors machinery. Sadly, we cannot, when regarding other companies machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.The client will be presented with a complete remuneration should our technician remotely recommend or recommend a extra - replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for brand new or spare spare parts or accessories as soon as you send the spare or components back in its original condition.
Accommodation fees and come costs will be charges should you choose that we go to your premises for a spare- restoration or add-on fitments for machinery that we have sold, although a labour fee will not be required. Arrangements are chosen to be made by the buyer for the technician to be picked up and sent back. If you should like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 8.00/km increased by the driving span between our office and your property.
