Worth warranty for all competent spare parts and accessories sold, will be given in which case the service parts and accessories are used on our machines and setup by our specialist or under our specialist's supervision. Unless when approved by managers, the quality guarantee will be void if spare parts or accessories has been fitted into other company's machinery or put together without our consent.
Accessory or new spare parts installments and diagnosis for machines bought from us is free. After the new spares or accessories has been fitted by our expert, they will certify that your machinery is completely functional and well certified. We may recommend to provide technical guidance online or send a specialist to give technical services for competitors machines. Unfortunately, we can't, when concerning 3rd-party machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
You will be presented with a complete reimbursement should our specialist remotely advices or suggest a redundant - replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for new or redundant spares or components as soon as the client send the spare or associated equipment back in its initial condition.
Should you prefer that we come to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if required. Preparations are required to be made by the buyer for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office and your property, is the ongoing percentage payable and appropriate should you prefer for us to go to you.
