Self-Installation:
Self-InstallationThe machine needs to be assembled and installed by you, as it is a DIY Product. The assembly, installation and setup of the machinery software is fairly straightforward and we have enclosed an installation guide to help you. An supplemental technician callout cost will be implemented if you choose that we complete the assembling, configuration and fitment.
This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course:
Training CourseOur premises offers primary and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machine, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, but more promoted training can be obtained after the basic course has been accomplished.
We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeAnytime a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Except for when accepted by managers or covered by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place and accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be made by you. R 9.95/km is the ongoing rate increased by the driving distance between your place as well as our premises, should you recommend for us to go to you.Attentively inquire about call out and transport costs beforehand as those costs may change point by time without notice.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Remote AssistanceWe are able to join up with to your computer to assist you with the organization and technical difficulties right away without leaving our warehouse with Broadband online network and improved software technology. We offer extended infinite remote assistance for analysis on all machines we sell that attaches to and operates with a PC, and establish and configuration all software we sold as well. Remote help is not the same as training.
With the Broadband Internet and advanced software technology, we are able to connect to your computer to help you with setup and troubleshooting instantly without leaving our office. We provide lifetime unlimited remote assistance for diagnosis on all machinery we sell that connects to and works with a computer, and install and configuration all software we sold as well. Remote assistance is not subject to training.
