If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course: Principal and/or extensive training courses are supplied through our training facility for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your investment, nevertheless more promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by the company or included by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, touring costs to your property and settlement if essential, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our premises as well as your premises.Generously inquire about call out including travel costs in advance as those charges may change instant by instant without notice. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Remote Assistance: We are able to join up with to your computer to help you with the setup and troubleshooting instantaneously without going away from our workshop with Broadband internet and promoted programming technology. We supply extended unrestrained remote service for analysis on all machines we sell that attaches to and works with a PC, and install and configuration all software we sold as well. Remote service is not equivalent to training. With the Broadband Internet and advanced software technology, we are able to connect to your computer to help you with setup and troubleshooting instantly without leaving our office. We provide lifetime unlimited remote assistance for diagnosis on all machinery we sell that connects to and works with a computer, and install and configuration all software we sold as well. Remote assistance is not subject to training.

For this reason your machinery's warranty information and servicing history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any style and at any moment on our website or while logged off.
