The prices you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, during the quotation valid period, the price we quoted for you will be fixed and valid until the quotation expires. If you haven't paid as yet, a new quotation will be created and new pricing will apply.
Worth warranty for all qualified service parts and accessories sold, will be supplied in which case the spares and accessories are used on our machinery and setup by our experts or under our technician's supervision. The worth guarantee is null if spares or accessories have been fitted into competitors machines or put together without our acceptance ( except when pre-approved by the company ) .No costs will apply for diagnosis and new repair parts or accessories installation for machines obtained from us. After the new spares or accessories have been setup, our technician will insure that the clients machines is perfectly operative and well tested. Sending a specialist to offer technical assistance, or remotely providing technical advice may be preferred when in regards to other companies machines. We cannot however, oath which actions (if any) will be taken, or services (if any) will be given by our specialists about other company's machinery.If a remote recommendation for spare - restoration or component add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for unused or spare spare or accessories will be made by our specialist, we will supply you with a full remuneration once the client send the spare parts or components in its original quality.
A labour expense will not be required should you choose that we go to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if suited. Clients are required to make all preparations for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. The existing rate payable, should you desire for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse and your premises.
