Except when accepted by managers, the worth guarantee will be invalid if spares or accessories has been constructed into other company's machinery or put together without our acknowledgement.
Diagnosis and new spare or associated equipment fitting is costless for machinery sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that the clients machines is fully operative and well certified after the new spares or accessories has been put together. For other companies machinery, we may choose to supply technical guidance remotely or send a expert to give technical support. When concerning other companies machines, we cannot guarantee which steps (if any) would be taken or what information (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely diagnoses or prefers a redundant replacement or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, and for brand new or extra service parts or components, we will supply the client with a complete reimbursement once you send the spare parts or accessories back in its primary order.
Should you desire that we come to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour costs, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if compulsory. Adjustments are preferred to be made by the client for the technician to be picked up and sent back.
