Sending a expert to give technical assistance, or remotely providing technical advice may be preferred when in regards to 3rd-party machinery. Regretfully, we can't, when regarding competitors machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians.If a remote recommendation for spare - reinstatement or component add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or spare service parts or associated equipment must be made by our specialist, we will supply the client with a full reimbursement once you send the spare or components in its primary quality.
