We supply a worth assurance for competent service parts and accessories sold except when the spares or accessories is utilized on our machines and installed by our technician or under our technician's supervision. Unless when pre-approved by management, the worth warranty will be void if spares or accessories has been constructed into 3rd party machines or installed without our consent.
Diagnosis and new spares or components fitting is complimentary for machinery sold by us. After the new spare parts or accessories have been installed by our technician, they will make sure that your machines is 100% operative and well tested. We may choose to give technical advice remotely or send a technician to supply technical assistance for other companies machinery. We cannot however, guarantee which actions (if any) would be taken, or services (if any) will be given by our experts relating to 3rd party machines.
If our technician remotely suggests or prefers a extra reinstatement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, including for unused or extra spares or components, we will supply the client with a full repayment once you send the service parts or accessories back in its primary condition.
A labour fee will not be required should you wish that we travel to your property for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be requested if relevant. We prefer that you organize for the specialist to get picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving span between our branch and your place.
