Quality assurance for all competent spares and accessories sold, will be supplied in which case the service parts and accessories are utilized on our machines and put together by our technician or under our specialist's supervision. The worth guarantee is invalid if service parts or accessories have been constructed into other company's machinery or installed without our admission ( except when pre-approved by managers ) .
No costs will apply for diagnosis and new spare parts or associated equipment installation for machines obtained from us. Our specialists will certify that your machinery is 100% operational and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been put together. We may propose to supply technical advice remotely or send a specialist to provide technical services for competitors machines. We cannot however, oath which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be given by our technicians about other company's machines.
If a remote recommendation for extra - reinstatement or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or extra spare parts or associated equipment must be made by our technician, we will provide you with a full reimbursement once the client send the spare or components in its initial quality.
A labour fee will not be required would you desire that we travel to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if applicable. Clients are required to make all arrangements for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. The current amount payable, would you wish for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our office and your place.
