We may suggest to give technical services online or send a specialist to supply technical support for 3rd-party machinery. Unfortunately, we can't, when concerning other companies machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be provided by our technicians.You will be provided with a complete reimbursement should our technician remotely recommend or recommend a extra - replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for unused or extra spare parts or associated equipment as soon as the client send the spare or components back in its genuine quality.
A labour fee will not be charged would you choose that we travel to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be charged if suitable. Plans are preferred to be made by the client for the technician to be picked up and sent back. If you should choose for us to travel to you, the ongoing amount is R 8.00/km increased by the traveling amplitude between our office and your property.
