We cant however, oath which actions (if any) can be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our experts relating to other company's machines.If our technician remotely suggests or recommend a redundant replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, as well as for new or spare service parts or associated equipment, we will provide the client with a 100% remuneration once the client send the spare parts or components back in its genuine quality.
A labour fee will not be requested should you desire that we go to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if relevant. Clients are required to make all adjustments for the technician to be picked up and sent back. R 8.00/km multiplied by the driving distance between our workplace and your premises, is the prevailing percentage payable and applicable should you desire for us to go to you.
