Quality warranty for all licensed spare parts and accessories sold, will be provided in which case the spare parts and accessories are used on our machinery and installed by our specialist or under our experts's supervision. In which case spares or accessories has been fitted into other company's machines or setup without our knowledge, the value warranty will be void unless when pre-approved by the company.
Accessory or new repair parts fitting and diagnosis for machines bought from us is complimentary. After the new service parts or associated equipment has been setup, our specialist will certify that your machines is completely working and well certified. For competitors machines, we may suggest to offer technical advice remotely or send a specialist to supply technical services. When related to competitors machines, we cannot guarantee which steps (if any) would be taken or what information (if any) will be provided by our experts.
If a remote diagnoses for extra - restoration or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for new or redundant spare parts or accessories is made by our technician, we will present you with a complete refund once you send the spares or accessories in its primary order.
Would you wish that we go to your establishment for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if compulsory. Arrangements are required to be made by the client for the specialist to be retrieved and sent back. The prevailing percentage payable, would you wish for us to travel to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our warehouse and your property.
