Quality Warranty: We give bounded trait guarantee on any subsystem except stated any other way, and on the entire machinery. The trait guarantee covers defects by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship We aren't liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your component. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforestated. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be promptly vacant upon demand.

The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. Self-Installation: This machine is a do it yourself Product, therefore the client needs to assemble and install the machinery themselves. The assembly, fitting and configuration of the machinery software is relatively simple and we have included an installation guide to advise the client. If you request that we assemble, install and setup for you, an further technician call-out cost will be implemented. This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course: We give primary and/or extensive training courses through our warehouse for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your investment, although more advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been passed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to each and every time point a specialist supplies a service at your property. Except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as transport costs to your property, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Remote Assistance: With the Broadband online network and improved programming technology, we are able to network with to your CPU to advise you with setup and troubleshooting directly without going away from our workshop. When relating to analysis on all machinery we sell that associates to and functions with a laptop, as well as the installation and setup on all programming we sell, we provide lifetime unrestrained remote help. Training and remote assistance is not equal in any way. With the Broadband Internet and advanced software technology, we are able to connect to your computer to help you with setup and troubleshooting instantly without leaving our office. We provide lifetime unlimited remote assistance for diagnosis on all machinery we sell that connects to and works with a computer, and install and configuration all software we sold as well. Remote assistance is not subject to training.
Barcode System: All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. You will thus regularly be able to analyze the machine's warranty info and assistance history on our database or offline - in any manner and at any instant. We honour our machines warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal convenience are protected on both the selling and maintenance of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
