It is relatively basic to assemble, fit and configure the machine's software but, we have enclosed an fitment guide to guide you. If you prefer that we assemble, fit and organize for you, an supplementary technical call-out charge will be assigned.We provide basic and/or overall training courses through our training facility for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your investment, although more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been achieved.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician supplies a service at your establishment. Unless the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement and traveling costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The plans for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be carried out by you.
