Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly vacant.

The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Self-Installation: The machine needs to be assembled and installed by the client, as it is a DIY Product. The assembly, installation and organization of the machinery programming is relatively easy and we have comprehended an fitment guide to guide the client. An extra technical call-out cost will be assigned if the client require that we do the assembling, organization and installation. This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course: Our training centre offers primary and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, but more promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a technician provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by management or concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out cost, travel costs to your property including settlement if essential, are on your account. Remote Assistance: We are able to join up with to your CPU to help you with the organization and troubleshooting instantaneously without leaving our branch with high bandwidth internet and improved programming technology. When relating to investigation on all machines we sell that attaches to and operates with a computer, as well as the installation and setup on all software we sell, we supply everlasting limitless remote help. Remote help is not equal to training. By utilizing the capabilities of Broadband Internet and advanced software technology, we can remotely connect to your computer to offer immediate assistance in setup and troubleshooting, without the need for physical presence in our office.
