Self-Installation:
Self-InstallationThis machinery is a do it yourself Product, meaning you needs to assemble and fit the machinery themselves. We have combined an installation guide to advise the client, but the assembly, installation and organization of the machine programming is fairly simple. If you prefer that we assemble, install and setup for you, an further technician callout charge will be required.
This machine is a DIY Product, which means you need to assemble and install the machine yourself. The assembly, installation and setup of the machine software is relatively easy and we have included an installation guide to assist you. If you require that we assemble, install and setup for you, an additional technician call-out fee will apply.
Training Course:
Training CourseWe provide principal and/or extensive training courses via our training centre for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment, however more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been accomplished.
We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeA Call-out refers to each and every time instant a technician provides a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or arranged by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your premises as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The experts crucial arrangements to be carried out to get picked up including sent back, are suggested to be done by you. Remote Assistance:
Remote AssistanceWe are able to get into to your PC to help you with the configuration and technical difficulties instantly without leaving our place with high bandwidth cyberspace and promoted software automation.
