The dongle and any other software products will sadly not be provided with warranty. Some of the program cloud versions for our machines can be downloaded from the cyberspace and effortlessly actuated by code. Seeing that the online network connection is generally slow or interrupted and bandwidth can be costly, we also present our clients the added assistance of saving the software for you and bringing a physical copy to your place if preferred.
