Value assurance for all qualified spares and accessories sold, will be provided in which case the service parts and accessories are fitted on our machines and setup by our technician or under our specialist's supervision. Unless when accepted by the company, the value guarantee will be null if service parts or accessories has been constructed into 3rd party machines or put together without our consent.
Diagnosis and new service parts or components fitting is free of charge for machines sold by us. After the new spares or components have been setup, our experts will insure that the clients machines is completely operational and well tested. Sending a technician to give technical services, or remotely supplying technical information may be chosen when concerning other companies machines. Unfortunately, we cannot, when regarding competitors machinery, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be supplied by our technicians.
If a remote recommendation for redundant - reinstatement or component add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for new or extra spare or components will be made by our technician, we will provide you with a 100% remuneration once the client send the spare parts or associated equipment in its initial quality.
Accommodation fees and travel costs will be charges would you prefer that we come to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, even though a labour fee will not be charged. Clients are required to make all preparations for the technician to be fetched and sent back.
