Free Installation: No costs be requested for diagnosis and new spares or associated equipment installments for machines obtained from us. After the new spares or components has been installed, our specialist will make sure that the clients machinery is fully working and well certified. For other companies machines, we may propose to give technical services online or send a specialist to provide technical services. We cannot however, oath which actions (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be given by our technicians about competitors machinery. Diagnosis and new spares or accessories installation is free of charge for machines sold by us. Our technicians will ensure that your machine is fully functional and well tested after the new spares or accessories have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may choose to provide technical advice remotely or send technician to provide technical assistance. We cannot however guarantee actions taken, or advice given by technicians regarding 3rd party machinery.
Money Back Guarantee: If our technician remotely diagnoses or prefers a extra restoration or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for unused or redundant spares or associated equipment, we will present you with a complete repayment once you send the spare parts or components back in its initial state.
