We present a quality warranty for qualified spare parts and accessories sold only when the service parts or accessories is fitted on our machines and put together by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The quality assurance is void if spares or accessories has been fitted into competitors machines or setup without our knowledge ( unless when approved by managers ) .
Component or new service parts fitting and diagnosis for machines obtained from us is free of charge. Our experts will ensure that the clients machines is completely working and well certified after the new repair parts or accessories has been setup. For other companies machinery, we may recommend to supply technical guidance remotely or send a technician to offer technical assistance. Regretfully, we can't, when regarding 3rd-party machinery, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If a remote diagnoses for redundant - reinstatement or component add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or extra spare or components is made by our technician, we will present the client with a 100% refund once you send the spares or associated equipment in its original order.
Should you desire that we travel to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour fee, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if required. Clients are preferred to make all plans for the technician to be fetched and sent back. The existing amount payable, should you desire for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our workplace and your property.
