We supply a worth warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold except when the spare parts or accessories is fitted on our machinery and setup by our experts or under our experts's supervision. In which case spare parts or accessories has been fitted into other company's machines or setup without our knowledge, the value warranty will be void unless when accepted by management.
Diagnosis and new spares or components installments is free for machines sold by us. After the new service parts or components has been installed, our technician will insure that your machines is fully functional and well tested. We may recommend to supply technical services remotely or send a technician to provide technical support for other companies machines. We cannot however, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or services (if any) will be given by our experts about other company's machinery.
The client will be supplied with a 100% remuneration should our specialist remotely suggest or recommend a spare - reinstatement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for unused or extra spare or accessories as soon as the client send the service parts or accessories back in its initial condition.
A labour expense will not be requested should you prefer that we go to your premises for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be charged if suitable. We suggest that you organize for the technician to get fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our branch and your establishment, is the prevailing amount payable and appropriate should you prefer for us to go to you.
