In which case qualified spares and accessories are being used on our machinery and installed by our experts or under our technician's supervision, value assurance will be given. Except when approved by management, the quality warranty will be void if spares or accessories has been fitted into 3rd party machines or put together without our knowledge.
No charges will apply for diagnosis and new spares or associated equipment fitting for machinery bought from us. After the new spares or associated equipment have been installed by our technician, they will make sure that the clients machines is 100% functional and well tested. We may suggest to provide technical services online or send a specialist to give technical services for other companies machines. Regretfully, we cannot, when concerning other companies machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be given by our technicians.
You will be provided with a complete reimbursement should our technician remotely suggest or recommend a redundant - reinstatement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, including for unused or extra spare parts or accessories as soon as you send the spare or components back in its initial order.
A labour expense will not be required would you desire that we go to your establishment for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if relevant. We suggest that you arrange for the technician to get picked up and sent back. If you should prefer for us to travel to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving span between our office and your property.
