Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. Reviewing and arrangement, everyday cleaning , as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not fixed within the equal of twice that period. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: When a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or per-approved by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation as well as transport costs to your place, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if required. The current amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our office and your property, should you desire for us to come to you.Generously enquire about call out as well as travel costs in advance as those charges may differ extent by time without notice. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to find out if the machinery is adjusted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. We will not charge any cost for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with information on if an back-up or further servicing or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings must be made for adjustments or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our quickest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be done during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Principal and/or full training courses are supplied via our training facility for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, although more promoted training can be bought after the fundamental course has been passed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Thus your machinery's guarantee information and service history will regularly be able to be checked in any manner and at any term on our website or while disconnected. We value our machinery's assurance and service by using the barcode. Maximal comfort are protected on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
Latest Model Quoted: Seeing that the tender above pertains to our recent model, the highlights, specifications and extras are suitable thereto. Our sales representatives can be contacted in regarding to any inquiries of the year model quoted. In the situation that we do not have the advanced model obtainable, you will be designated to collect up to 5% discount on the previous model, depending on lower completion or insignificant layout. The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto.
