The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only provide limited feature warranty unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable material weaknesses are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not responsible for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly available.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. Investigation and positioning, common cleaning , as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and not viable should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equal of double that period. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to any extent a technician offers a service at your premises. Except for when confirmed by managers or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. You will thus regularly be able to review the machinery's warranty report and service history on our webpage or offline - in any form and at any time. Our machines warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. Ultimate advantage are protected on both the reselling and service of your machines.
