The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained attribute guarantee on the whole machine, and any subsystem unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including unfit equipment errors are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. For this reason aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be readily accessible upon request.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. General decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are concealed in the service plan.
