The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We provide restricted trait warranty on the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including faulty equipment defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your product. The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. The included service plan consists of everyday cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimal cost. A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machinery's assurance report and assistance history on our site or while disconnected - in any form and at any term. Our machines assurance and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. Supreme comfort are protected on both the reselling and service of your machines.
