The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only provide restricted quality warranty unless stated otherwise. Shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. General wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our constraint. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforestated. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are readily vacant on request.The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. Standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as standard cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a service is offered at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the managers. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Settlement as well as touring costs to your premises, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
