The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only supply bounded feature guarantee lest stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including faulty equipment weaknesses are covered by the quality guarantee. We shall not be held accountable for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily vacant.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. Analyzing and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a specialist supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or accepted by the management. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, travel costs to your establishment and settlement if essential, are on your account. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be made by you.
