This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months, you must get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your property as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
