Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted characteristic guarantee on the entire machine, including any subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components defects are covered by the trait guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. The enclosed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost. When buying your machinery, first principal entry courses is included in your investment, although more promoted training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will accordingly always be able to review the machinery's warranty information and service history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any way and at any moment. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and maintenance. This ensures your maximal convenience on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
