The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined trait guarantee on each subsystem if not stated elseways, along with on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable material defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We shall not be held accountable for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. The covered service plan encloses common cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as standard decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and void if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equal of dual that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you have to get your machine fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.

We honour our machinery's warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal advantage are protected on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
