The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only provide bounded quality warranty except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including unfit material weaknesses are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held accountable for misuse or general wear and tear of your component. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are readily vacant on request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, general cleaning , as well as general decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, you have to get your machinery serviced within every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to any point a specialist offers a service at your establishment. Unless confirmed by management or concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation as well as traveling costs to your establishment, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if required. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Thus your machines warranty information and assistance history will always be able to be reviewed in any style and at any time on our website or while logged off. Our machines warranty and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. Ultimate advantage are ensured on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
