The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We supply constrained quality warranty on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem except stated elseways. Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or excessive labour function to be completed at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be practised during maintenance visits.
We supply primary and/or full training courses via our premises for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, although more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been accomplished.
With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. Check therefore you will always be able to,in any form and at any instant, review the machinery's warranty info and assistance history on our database or offline. We honour our machinery's assurance and assistance by using the barcode. Supreme advantage are secured on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
