The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted trait warranty on the entire machinery, including each subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components weaknesses are covered by the characteristic warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our liability. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon request.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. Reviewing and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as general depletion replacement at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you must get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a service is offered at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by each of the above plans or confirmed by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your place as well as accommodation if required, are on your account. The technicians required plans to be done to get picked up as well as sent back, are suggested to be made by you. Thus your machines guarantee information and maintenance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any instant on our website or offline.
