The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded feature warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem if not stated elseways. The feature warranty covers defects due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. For this reason aforestated cannot be covered by our warranty. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on demand.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. Investigation and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and not viable. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or arranged by the managers. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and travel costs to your premises, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if required. Regrettably, no adjustments or intense labour work will be done during a maintenance visit, but a booking can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability.Our warehouse offers basic and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your investment, however more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been finished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. Check therefore you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any instant, review the machinery's warranty data and service history on our site or offline. Our machines assurance and service are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate convenience on both the service and resell of your machines.
The above reference relates to our brand new model, therefore the focus points, specifications and extras are applicable thereto.
