The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted attribute warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit material errors are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not at fault for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Definitely, damages that are not covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on appeal.The machinery you are going to purchase compels a routine service. Basic decrement replacement at a minimal cost, reviewing and calibration as well as basic cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is rectified within the equal of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, elseways your service warranty will be null and meaningless. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a specialist provides a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our branch including your premises.Those charges may change point by instant without notice, so generously enquire about call out and touring costs in advance.Whether you would prefer to find out whether the machine is set to work optically, or you only want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our service plan is here for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is normal or whether an back-up or other servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed. Bookings must be made for adjustments or intense labour function to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.Our warehouse offers fundamental and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, but more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been completed.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze thus you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any instant, check the machinery's warranty information and assistance history on our webpage or offline. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme comfort on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
