The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated differently, as well as on the entire machine. The included service plan includes common cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as basic depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved in every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.

Lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays. costs to your place as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you.
