The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give constrained trait guarantee on each subsystem unless stated otherwise, along with on the entire machine. Every time a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your property, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. The current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our workshop including your property, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those costs may differ point by point without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out and touring costs beforehand.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or would like to find out if the appliance is adjusted to work optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an alternative or other assistance or spares restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Bookings have to be made for adjustments or excessive labour operate to be done at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.Basic and/or extensive training courses are supplied at our training facility for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first primary entry courses is included in your investment, although more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will for this reason evermore be able to analyze the machine's warranty data and service history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any instant. By using the barcode we value our machines guarantee and maintenance. This protects your ultimate benefit on both the reselling and service of your machinery's.
