The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only offer confined attribute guarantee unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including defective components weaknesses are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Often damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on request.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. Investigation and calibration, common cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equal of dual that period.
