The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited quality warranty on any subsystem lest stated differently, including on the whole machine. Defects by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our fault. Accordingly aforementioned shall not be covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that are not covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a routine service. Common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. It is vital that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and void. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is vital that you get your machine rectified within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and touring costs to your place, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your purchase, but more improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. Analyze therefore you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any time, review the machinery's guarantee data and service history on our webpage or while disconnected. Our machinery's warranty and servicing are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum comfort on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
