Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We provide limited trait warranty on the entire machine, and any subsystem except stated otherwise. The quality warranty covers weaknesses as a result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship Common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our constraint. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforestated. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly accessible on appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Investigation and calibration, general cleaning , as well as basic depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a specialist offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays. costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would prefer to know whether the appliance is adjusted to operate optically, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an alternative or other service or service parts replacement is needed. During maintenance visits no repairs or hard labour function will be done and bookings should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training centre offers basic and/or complete training courses for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment, however more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been accomplished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. You will accordingly regularly be able to review the machine's warranty info and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any manner and at any time. We value our machinery's assurance and servicing by using the barcode. Ultimate convenience are insured on both the selling and service of your machines.
